glu is an anomaly in the hip-hop scene. A member of the Melbourne-based absurdist rap trio BIG ASS FISH, he’s leant towards
a comedic sound in the past.
For his debut solo project, however, glu gives us glimpses of the darkness within his absurd exterior. It’s a distinctly sardonic, Australian take on horrorcore, steeped in modern rap culture and the way we interface with the internet.
